What a field agent actually does.

Receive an assignment
HQ or your state manager assigns you a business to verify, with its address and contact.

Visit and document
Go to the address in person. Capture GPS within 50 metres, at least two timestamped on-site photos, and one photo of the owner's ID.

Complete the checklist
Every item on the verification checklist must be ticked before the submission can be sent.

Submit for review
HQ operations approves or rejects with a reason. Approved visits become the gold badge on that listing.
