What we collect
Directory listings hold business data: name, category, address, LGA, opening hours, phone and WhatsApp number, and photos. Accounts hold your name, phone number and optionally an email address. Verification records additionally hold GPS coordinates, timestamped on-site photographs, and one photograph of the business owner's identity document.
Why we collect it
Business data is published so customers can find and contact the business. Account data identifies you and delivers login codes. Verification data exists to substantiate the Location-Confirmed badge and is reviewed by HQ operations before a badge is granted.
Consent
Owner identity documents are captured only with the owner's consent at the time of the field visit. Submitting a listing constitutes consent to publish that business data and to be contacted about the listing.
